Chunlong Yao
He was born in February 1971. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer software and theory from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2005. He is currently a professor at Dalian Polytechnic University, Dalian, China. His current research interests include database theory and application, data mining and intelligent information systems. In recent years, he has hosted and undertaken various kinds of scientific research projects, and published more than 30 papers in international journals and international conferences, such as journal of software, JCST and computer research and development. Among them, more than 20 papers were indexed by SCI and EI. In addition, he also won 4 awards of science and technology.
At present, his part-time academic jobs include executive director of Dalian computer society, member of Dalian branch of China Computer Society (CCF), honorary member of Dalian CCF YOCSEF (Youth computer technology forum of China Computer Society).
