l Bachelor applicants have to provide the CSCA RESULTS, which includes scores of Professional Chinese (STEM), Mathematics.
l Postgraduate applicants have to provide “Acceptance Letter from Graduate Supervisor of Dalian Polytechnic University” (If any, See Attachment 2). Applicants are required to contact the professional supervisors independently, whose information can be checked by the link below.

l Scholarship Coverage
Full scholarship, which covers tuition, accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance and monthly living allowance. Refer to “Introduction to Chinese Government Scholarships” for specific funding standards and details.
l Eligibility
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health, abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government and observe the rules and regulations of DPU.
2. From countries along the "Belt and Road" Initiative, such as Morocco, Tanzania, Guinea, Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Russia, etc.
3. Degree and age and language proficiency
① Applicants applying for bachelor programs should have senior high school diploma and above with excellent academic performance; under the age of 25.
② Applicants applying for master programs should have bachelor’s degree and above with excellent academic performance; under the age of 35.
③ Applicants applying for PhD programs should have master’s degree or above with excellent academic performance; under the age of 40.
④ Applicants who apply for Chinese-medium instruction program need to submit HSK 4 certificate or above. Applicants for English-medium instruction program whose native language or official language is not English must provide proof of language proficiency, such as TOEFL or IELTS test scores, or previous proof of English language instruction.
l Application Procedures
1. Complete the online application through “Management Information System for Chinese Government Scholarships for Studying in China” (website address: https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login). Register for an account, fill in all the required information, and an application form will come into being.
To complete the form successfully, please note the following information:
① Please choose Program Category Type B when you start the online application.
② The Agency No. of Dalian Polytechnic University is 10152.

1.According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Chinese government scholarship students may not enjoy the support of other scholarships (excluding all kinds of one-time awards) set up by Chinese governments at all levels and admission institutions at the same time. Once found, your Chinese government scholarship qualifications will be canceled and you must return the Chinese government scholarships you have received. Those who deliberately conceal their financial support are disqualified for scholarship and not allowed to apply for Chinese government scholarships within three years.
2. After applying online, if approved, scholarship applicants must provide the original copies of their diplomas and trans cripts for verification upon registration. Those who fail to pass the verification will not be enrolled and must leave China at their own expense within the validity of their visa.
